Registration fee
We have an early registration fee (20% discount). Therefore, we strongly recommend all the participants to finish the registration and the payment by August 14, 2024 (JST).
Regular and student registration fees include:
- Welcome reception
- Attendance at conference sessions
- Conference proceedings (open access)
- Coffee breaks
- Conference dinner
Regular fee:
- Until Aug. 14, 2024: 28,000 JPY
- From Aug. 15, 2024: 35,000 JPY
Student reduced fee:
- Until Aug. 14, 2024: 20,000 JPY
- From Aug. 15, 2024: 25,000 JPY
- A proof of the student, such as an enrollment certificate and/or a copy of student ID, should be sent to RPMBT22@ccs.tsukuba.ac.jp.
Accompanying person fee: 15,000 JPY
- This covers social events, such as the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
Registration and payment deadline: Sep. 11, 2024
Submission of new registrations or modification of existing registrations will be possible even after the deadline (September 11, 2024). However, you may not be able to join the welcome reception and/or the conference dinner.
We do not accept the cash payment at the registration desk. For the late registration, please contact the conference secretariat at RPMBT22@ccs.tsukuba.ac.jp.
Payment procedure
We would like to ask domestic participants to use a bank transfer to:

Then, tell us the name of "振込依頼人" (機関名・人名など) and how much you have deposited, by email to RPMBT22@ccs.tsukuba.ac.jp . However, in case of any difficulty, the credit card payment is available too (see below).
For overseas participants, there are two options:

- Select an appropriate fee and go to the cart.
- Fill in a field of "Add a note for the seller" with the participants' names and/or accompanying persons' names. Especially, in case that the credit card holder is different from the participant, email the secretariat if you fail to do so.
- You should not check on "save your payment info" unless you really want to do so.
CANCELLATION: All refunds requests must be notified by email to the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
