Submission deadline
Information for submitting your abstract
First, you need to create a user account. Click on the top-left tab to do this. Then, you can either directly fill in the abstract, or attach a single PDF file. If you have figures/tables on the abstract, please attach the PDF file. Click on "Submit new abstract" and proceed as follows.
1. Fill in title and abstract content. If you attach the PDF file, fill in the title only and skip the content.
2. select a preferred presentation type "Oral" or "Poster".
3. add authors' names, by either searching the indico users or entering manually. Make sure that every author has proper affiliations.
4. If you want to submit the PDF file, put attach it in the "Attachments".
5. select appropriate topics of the Conference (select "other topics in new frontiers" if no relevant topics)
6. press "submit".
Deadline: June 1st (Sat) 24:00 (June 2nd (Sun) 0:00)
Note that you can update the abstract content anytime until the deadline.
